High winds bring down mature tree in residential road
Miraculously there was no damage as gusty weather blocks Garth Road
On a day that has seen some extreme weather conditions, a resident of Garth Road (off Barrowgate Road) captured the true force of the wind after it felled this mature tree.
Marcel Myler called Chiswickw4.com to say that a tree had fallen around 11.00am this morning (Friday 19th May) and was blocking the road and sent us these pictures.
Fortunately no one was hurt even though the tree narrowly missed parked cars.
