The Sutton Lane underpass in Chiswick will close from Monday June 20, to enable repairs to the north retaining wall. The works are expected to last three weeks.

While it is closed, pedestrians and cyclists are advised to follow the footpath east and cross via the subway at the junction with Sutton Court Road.

Alternatively they can head west along the footpath and cross using the subway at the junction with Harvard Hill.

TfL say that the closure is necessary for essential repairs.
