Chiswick RNLI Inaugural Boat Race Gala Dinner
Enjoy a fantastic event and help raise much needed funds for saving lives on the Thames
We are delighted to let you know that we will be holding our inaugural Boat Race Gala Dinner on Thursday, 21 March at The London Rowing Club. Putney Embankment.
Our guest speaker will be Sir Matthew Pinsent, and we will be holding an auction and raffle.
Chiswick RNLI are providing operational support for The Gemini Boat Race again this year on Saturday, 30th March, and the Chiswick crew along with our colleagues, the lifeguards from all along the South Coast, will be on the river all day keeping everyone safe.
We are looking to kick-off our fundraising year with this fantastic event to raise much needed monies to support us saving lives on the Thames.
Last year was a record year once again, with 273 shouts, 149 people rescued and 15 lives saved with their families spared the tragic loss of a loved one.
