A fascinating account of how the National Lottery has changed many aspects of life in the UK in Sport, Culture and community initiatives will be given by Torin Douglas on
Tue 8 November 2016 from 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm at the
The George IV, 185 Chiswick High Road.

Torin was the BBC media correspondent for 24 years, and is now involved in many local activities including the Director of the Chiswick Book Festival, which has just successfully completed its eighth year.


Drinks and pub food/snacks will be available before and after the talk, and all proceeds go to Chiswick RNLI to support its vital work rescuing people in trouble in the Thames and its campaign to reduce drowning.
