Police have issued an urgent appeal to trace the whereabouts of an 83-year-old man who has not been seen for three weeks.

Brian Yeoman was reported as missing from his home in Westminster on Saturday, 15 May.

The police say that Mr Yeoman has ‘strong links’ with the Chiswick area.

He has a history of homelessness and may be sleeping rough.
