Dominic Moran given suspended sentence for criminal damage

The founder of a Chiswick-based internet TV company has been  given a suspended sentence at Isleworth Crown Court on a charge of causing criminal damage.

Dominic Moran, of Kew Bridge Road, Brentford TW8, was given  a restraining order and a 36 weeks  sentence, suspended  for 12 months. He was also ordered to do unpaid work for 80 hours.

 In an earlier court appearance, he  had pleaded guilty to charges under Section 1 (2) of  the Criminal Damage Act 1971, of damaging property at a Chiswick address.

The court was told that on April  1st, 2012  he had damaged a motor car, camera and wall at a property in Lawford Road, Chiswick.

The charges under the Criminal Damage Act related to “intending to destroy or damage property or being reckless as to whether property would be destroyed or damaged, and being reckless as to whether the life of a person would thereby be endangered".

He is also the subject of a supervision order.

Dominic  Moran is associated with the Chiswick-based GBTV and WestLondonLife.TV , whose website describes him as an Executive TV Producer.
