Police urge residents to secure upstairs windows
Police are warning householders in the area to make sure that upstairs windows are always closed when properties are empty following a burglary in Prebend Gardens.
A Toshiba laptop and Nikon camera were amongst items stolen on Tuesday 18th October between 6pm and 1.15am the following morning after a thief or thieves used a ladder which was left outside a neighbouring property to access an open first floor window.
