Police find Class A Drugs during Stop and Search operation
Police have arrested a man and recovered Class A drugs during a Stop and Search operation in the Grove Park area of Chiswick.
On Thursday, 25 April whilst on patrol in the area, Operation Wolverine officers detained and searched a male in Grove Park Gardens.
The officers found a large quantity of what they suspected to be class A drugs and the 22-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of possession with the intent to supply.
Hounslow MPS tweeted about the arrest, saying,“#OpWolverine are tackling #DrugRelatedViolence across @MPSHounslow as part of #OpCatalyst, whilst on patrol in #Chiswick they stopped & searched 2 males & found a large quantity of suspected class A drugs, off to the cells you go ...... the mission continues.”
The male has now been released under investigation.
