Barn Dance With A Difference
Fundraiser for the Comboni Sisters in Uganda
A Barn Dance with a Difference will be held from 7.00pm to 11.00pm on Saturday 26 May at the Parish Centre 2 Dukes Avenue.
It is in support of those in a UN refugee camp in northern Uganda fleeing the civil war in Southern Sudan and the Comboni Sisters community who provide very basic welfare and healthcare.
The Comboni sisters form an exclusively missionary family. They come from 33 countries and work in 30 countries on four continents. At the moment there are 1563 sisters throughout the world living in multicultural communities.
Tickets cost £15, accompanied children free, includes buffet supper and entertainment. Bar available.
Dancing to the Skinners Rats who will provide the music and song.
