New Housing Development Plans For Acton

Consultation and exhibition about Rosebank Way proposals

A new housing development is being proposed in Acton on land currently being used by a car rental company.

The planning application is being submitted by City and Suburban Homes - who describe themselves as ' primarily buyers of Brownfield sites and land' with disused factories offices and yards their 'speciality'.

They want to build around 35 new 1, 2 and 3 bed homes just off the A40 on Rosebank Way. The site is currently being used as a temporary car parking facility for a car rental company.

Before the application is submitted to Ealing Council a community consultation exercise will be taking place on behalf of the developers.

Your Shout  - who have been involved in the consultation over Chiswick High Road - will be holding an exhibition and hearing local views on the plans.

It will be taking place  at the North Acton Playing Fields, Noel Road, London, W3 OJF on Wednesday 22nd July between 3.00pm and 7.00pm.

If you are unable to attend the exhibition, or you would like more information about the proposals contact yourshout.com .
